It would be much easier to judge whether this FJ is as beautiful as it seems if the owner knew that camera phones could be held in landscape orientation.

That’s awesome. But man that price is bananas. I’ve spent some time behind the wheel of an FJ and it’s a blast, cruising off road with the top off. However I wouldn’t want to drive an FJ40 on normal roads, for sure not at 60+mph.  They are great for 30-40 mile an hour dirt roads or 15 mph trails but I can’t imaging paying GTI money for what is basically a glorified tractor.
